The Prince Edward Island Ayrshire Breeders’ Club was formed 40 years ago and, then as now, had as ite ehief object the promotion of good fellowship and the general interests of the Ayrshire breed of cattle:

(a) By improving quality and eliminating disease.

(b) By encouraging the use of the R. 0. P. test.

(c) By encouraging the use of Class A bulls on grade herds.

(d) By popularizing the breed through demonstrations and publicity.

(e) By encouraging the practice of co-operative breeding efforts and thus systematizing our breeding policy, ‘ (f) By holding meetings at intervals throughout the yéar for the purpose of discussing timely Ayrshire topics
