N0. 65, comprising one acre of land, on the east side of the said creek, as devised to James Ferguson, in and by the last will and testament of his father, the late James Ferguson. the elder, deceased, with the privilege of the stream, and also a right of way thereto. and the privilege of taking earth and clay from the west side of said creek for the purpose of repairing or raising a dam.
