Public Forum on Global Trade March 10

‘Different Visions, Different Paths’ will be

the focus of a Public Forum and Discussion on Global Trade on Thursday, March 10th, from 7-9pm in Lecture Theatre ‘A’, at the Atlantic Vet College, UPEI.

The panel will discuss trade issues, particularly as they relate to the FTAA and the upcoming December 2005 major meeting of the WTO in Hong Kong. For Oxfam, this tour is particularly important as OXFAM-Canada launches its ‘Food and Trade’ campaign in the leadup to the WTO meeting.

The panelists include: Jean-Yves Lefort, Trade Campaigner for the Council of
