In the latter are included three ladependents, which the Opposition claim, and also one seat in Carleton, which is in dis- pute,

There is great surprise in York, where Prem- ier Blairand his whole ticket fell, Blair hime self being 259 votes behind the lowest man of the Opposition side.

In St Johu city Stockton, Alward, Shaw and Smith, Opposition, have all been returned, and McKeowa, Opposition, and Dunn, Gov- ernment, have been returhed for thé county.
