Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me B directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Thomas Kenny, Edward Kenny, Thomas Edward Kenny and Edward Joseph Kenny, against Donald McKay. deceased, and George McKay, I have taken and seized, as the pro.- perty of the said George McKay, all the Right, Title, and Freehold Interest of the said George McKay, in andto all that piece or parcel of Land comprising :30 acres (a little more or less) situate lying and being on Lot or Tou'nship (No 20) and hounded as follows. that is to say: on the west by the Leasehold farm of the said George McKay, and on the South \Vest and North by the South \Vest River and Sutherland’s "reek, in Queen’s County. in the said Island, and I do hereby give Public Notice tliatlwill, on Saturday the 28th day of November, 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said \Vl‘it, being Three hundred and thirty-{our pounds, and one shilling (£334. 1s. 0d.,) with llltcl'Crt on £323 (is. 9d., from the second day of December, 1587, until paid,bcsides Sheriif‘s tees and incidental expenses.

[may 28 HEREAS a writ has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts m amendment thereof. whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made : Comn‘iencing at McAleer’a toad, on the east side of the Township boundary be- tween Lots 36 and 37, and running along the said east side of said boundary, to the Fort Augustus Road; also from Clark’s Bridge nnd along John McKinnon’s south boundary line to the new road to I’isquid new Bridge, and from the east side of said Bridge to Jay‘s. Now we do hereby give Public Notice, to all parties, that we will commence the execution of said writ. by attending at the commencement of the said intended new road, on the 24th day ot'June Next, at the hour often o’clock, in the forenoon, and from thence will proceed along the said intended new line of road and complete the inquest according to law. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the I~llll year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled " An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of I-lighwuys,” and of the Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested ill the lands through which a certain new road is intended to he made : Commencing on the road leading from Pisquid Bridge to Georgetown Road. at the ‘ttstcl‘ll end of the. road leading from Burnt Hill to near Keeie’s Lake, in Lot 49, and [rum thence to Baldwin‘s toad, in Lot 51. Now we do hereby giro Public Notice, to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said writ. by attending on the Pisquid Road. at the commencement of the said new line of' road, on the 27th day ol'Jue next, at the hour of ten o’clock, in the lorenoon, and from thence we will proceed along the said intended new line of road and complete the inquest according to law.
