Stooge fought bravely but it looked bad and finally it happened. Somebody slipped Stooge a fiver. It didn't take long for word to spread and finally Stooge could take it no longer. He left town, just about the same time Ms. Pussy's closed up. It was ru— mored that Ms. Pussy let Sto- oge open a door for her. A new face showed up in town fairly soon. He was called tact! Tact ruled with a loose but firm hand and the town finally began to look up and flourish. Dulltown was on
