Born at Park Corner, son of the late John S. Cousins and Elizabeth Caimpibell, he attend- ed Sea View School and later was associated with his father in operating the Cousins' Mills, the Park Corner Cheese and But— ter Factory. also the Park Cor- ner Lobster Packing Plant. Being a mink and fox rancher. he later became an Inspector for the Canadian National Fox Breeders Association; and on the formation of the Mink Breed- ers Association, he was named its first vice-president. Never robust in health, but possessing a keen business intuition, he be— came one of the large growers of seed and table potatoes. He was a firm supporter of the Presbyterian Church of Long River, and a member of the Masonic Order of the Malpeque Lodge. '

He leaves to mourn his wife, the former Ellen Harrington, two sons, Winston and William. and one daughter. Elizabeth. Three sisters, Elizabeth. Mrs. Heath MacLeod, Irishtown: Miss Millicent Cousins, Kensington; Stella, Mrs. Fred Campbell, Graham's Road, and two broth- ers, Jas. W.. Park Corner, and Willam C., of North Carolina, also mourn the loss of a brother.
