I have taken and seized as the property of the said James J. Wisener, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said James J \Visener, in and to all that tract, piece or purer-l of land, situate, lying and being on Township No. 48. in Queen’s County, in the said Island, bounded as follows. that is to say: commencing at a certain post or stake fixed in the ground on the north side. of the eastern boundary line! of James Fitzsimmons’ farm. and on the east side of" a certain Mill Dam. there situate, and from thence north for the distance of two chains and fourteen links, thence west for the distance of six chains and sixty links, thence south two chains and fourteen links to the Mill Dam, aforesaid, and thence six chains and sixty links to the place of commencement, ('Hllllllleng by estimation one acre and twolifths of an acre of land. a little more or less, together with the Dwelling House and all buildings thereon and all hereditamcnts and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and also all the leasehold estate of him. the said James J. Wisener, in and to two chains of land. situate on the east side of the Creek or Stream, as also four acres of land, a little more or less, situate on the west side of the said Creek, and running the full width of this the said James Fitz- simmons’ farm on both sides, together with the Grist Mill and Kiln. Saw Mill and Shingling Machine there- on, and all and singular other the buildings, heredita- ments and appurtenances thereon and thereuoto belong- ing or in any wise appertaining; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Tuesday, the second day of March. One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine. (1869) at twelve o’clock, noon. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much tlwreot‘as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Three hundred and ninety-three pounds, three shillings and eight-pence, to- pether with SlwriIF's fees and all incidental expenses.

I have taken and seized as the property of the said Dun- can Douglass, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Duncan Douglass in andto all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at St. Peter’s, and bounded as follows.’iviz: commencing at the front of the upland on the North side of the Mill Creek, being the boundary between Duncan Douglass and Mal- colm Douglass, and following said boundary North With Miss Fanning’s land (40) forty chains on to the South boundary of lands owned by Messrs. Brenan and Mc- Donald, thence following said South boundary west (17) seventeen chains on to the margin of the upland, thence following said margin Eastwardly to the stake or place of commencement. containing (75) seventy-five acres of land, a little more or less, together with all the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice. , that I will, on Friday, the Twentieth day of August next, AD. 1869, at the hour of‘ twelve o’clock. noon, at the Court House, in Georgetown, in the said County, set up sell, at Public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Four hundred and fortydhrec pounds and nine shillings, debt, with interest thereon from the Twentieth day of July. A. D. 1867. until paid. and three pounds, costs, besides 16s. 8d. for this Writ, together with your own fees and all incidental expenses.
