Only the lack of staff has held the number of retarded children attending the Helping H and Camp at Oyster Bay Bridge down, it was learned last night from Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lord.

This is caused by a shortage of funds necessary to pay a full staff of nearly 20 that would be needed, Mr. Lord said. At pres-- ent there are 10 employees at die camp with 10 children at- tending. ‘
