Oliver Douglas
The death occurred suddenly The Victoria General Hospital. Halifax. Thursday July II. 1957 of Oliver Wellington Douglas of Head of Hillsboro in his 83rd year.
The late Mr. Douglas was with the firm of Douglas Bros. and Jones.
Friends and relatives were shocked to learn of his passing at such an early age. Death was at- tributed to encephalitis.
He was a member of Mount Stew- art Presbyterian Church and in the latter years of the war was with the Reserve Army.
He leaves to mourn besides his sorrowing widow the farmer Freda of lame Valley. six children namely: Marlene 0. Lloyd 7. Kathy and Kryn 5. Debor- ah iii months and Cynthia 7 weeks.
Also surviving all lib parents. Mr. and Mrs. Gorrhn Douglas. Head of Hiliaboro. and the follow- ing others and sisters: Howard. Char otteiown. Albion. Salisbury. Maryland. U.S.A..
