Designed primarily to help make for a quieter Hallowe'en and a more pea-cefrul, less dam-

iaged city, the annual Kinsman‘ ' party has rapidly become one of the outstanding events of the 1 year for children here.

The huge Armouries loses its spa-ciou-sness under the crowd- ing ivnpact ot the hundreds of youthﬁui bodies which jam the vast ﬂoor surface of the par- ade square. They are there for a good time and the Kinsmen certainly see that they get it.

Movies and treats, stage enter- tainment and prizes, all make the night a memorable one for the kids of all ages who attend.

The result is far less mischie- vousness than in -former years, far less wanton damage to pro- ; perty and a general orderliness that prevails even beyond the confines of the Anmouries as the
