HALAFAX (OP)—The centen- nial voyageur canoe pageant has| developed a financial leak.

The Canadian centennial com- mision said Tuesday it will have to pull out of the program if the provinces and private en- terprise don’t start putting up Money by Dec. 31.

Diamond Construetion was awarded the contract for build ing road and rail approaches on the New Brunswick side of the causeway. Construction began Nov. 22 but the spokesman said “we've only scratched the sur- face.”
