Lord Stanley and party reached here last night in the midst of a drenching rain. There was a large concourse of people at the station to meet the Vice Regal visitors. A torchlight procession was formed, and the party were escorted to Government House, where they will remain as guests of Lieutenant-Governor Schultz during their stay in Winnipeg.
