Carnival at Souris.

Nothwithetanding the storm of wind and rain, the carnival held in the Souris Skating Rink, on Friday evening the 10th inst.. was a decided success. The skaters were many and the costumes variegated, The Souris Cornet Band, ably assisted by the Georgetown Bogs’ Cornet Band, fur- nished excellent musié for the occasion, the latter playing neat and catchy selections.
