Bosion Braves In Player Deal

BOSTON, (AP)-Boston Braves announced a. player deal Monday involving four National League clubs and five players, which sees first baseman Earl Torgeson leav- ing the Tribe and first sucker Jo Adcock coming from Cincinnati.

Tnrgcson went to Philadelphia Phlllies in exchange for pitcher Russ Meyer and cash. Meyer then was traded to Brooklyn for in- fielder Rocky Bridges and out- fielder-shortstop Jim Pendleton.

Louis Browns will play only day ball in New York, Boston and Cleveland. - Announcement of thel official American League schedule Monday made it definite that the Yanks, Red Sox and Indians had crossed the Brownies on their night game list.
