On Nov. 13, Wed. at 8:00 P.M. the Confederation Centre,of the Arts will present Tom Kneebone and Dinah Christie - Salute to' Noel Coward and Cole Porter.

It all started one even— ing in May 1970, a first night audience packed Tor- onto's Theatre-in—the—Dell. Two hours after the overture began the audience cheered as Tom Kneebone, star and co—producer_and Dinah Chris- tie took their bows. 0h. Coward! made theatre hist- ory as being the longest running Canadian production in this country.

Its second performance took place at the New Shaw

, Festival Theatre in Dec of

1973 and a sensational re- ception by the audience followed. Since then it has performed in various points, throughout Ontario, includ- ing the Opening of Kingston's Festival Association. In ‘ Toronto it ran for a week at the Imperial Room in the Royal York to record break- ing crowds. This fall it played from Victoria to- Newfoundland and finally here at the Confederation Centre. The combination of Tom and Dinah and Noel and Cole makes it one of the most_Versatile and appr ealing presentation to be seen anywhere at anytime, and it is a "must see” wherever it plays.
