Water Safety Classes Set For 105 Centres
7163 children were enrolled in Red Cross swimming and a- ter Safety classes in 1963. These children were enrolled in 105 different communities through- out the Island. A trained staff of 88 instructors conducted the swimming classes in the var- Ious localities.
Although swimming instruc- lion is the primary function of the Red Cross Water Safety program. many and varied ad ditn‘onal services were rendered. They included:
