Jimmy Keefe took advantage of a penalty kick from a difficult angle to give the Mounties a two- point lead. After play went lnck and forth they again pressed into St, Dunstan's territory when Keefe booted a penalty kick to within 1O yards of the visitors’ goal line.

From a scrum, the ball was drib- bicd to the far corner of the field and over the line, with Allcn div- ing through a. maze of players to make the first try. Keefe failed to convert ‘in kicking from fa; out. Although Charlottetown players then penetrated deeply into vfuunt Allison territory with accurate kicks by fullback Strain. they were unable to score.

In the opening kick of the see- and half. the Mounties drove to the Charlottetown 10-yard line. Again, with well-directed ounts, St. Dunsbanhi drove them back as play grew faster.

Referee Bernie Ralston awarded several penalty kicks to each team, and Keefe again booted the ball over the bar from a good angle for two more points.

Three minutes later, from a scrum, Karrel grabbed a loose bail and passed to Keefe. who re- layed it to Nickerson. The latter made a short end run over the line for the final score. with Keefe filling to . convert from a difficult angle.
