This Spring representations were made to Mr. W. Chester S. McLune, M.P., at Ottawa urging him to have early action taken by the military authorities to repair and restore our rifle range, which was almost destroyed by years of non-repair and by the great storms of lest Fall and the hard Winter of 1934. Through his untiring efforts the grant was obtained, and with the co-operation of Relief Project No. 20 at Charlottetown Driving Park Track, the present wonderful butts and range were completed. There has been considerable written in the press regarding it, so it is hardly necessary to again make‘ reference thereto, except to say v once again that nowhere in Can- ada is there a City approidmating‘ the size of Charlottetown with a range in any sense comparable to it.
