A very charming September wed- ding was solemnizrd in the quaint 1it- . tie church at Montrose on Friday evening at seven o'c1o:k, when Miss Laura Blanche Campbell. daughter 0t Mr. and lvlrs. David Campbell of Montrose, was united in marriage to Mr. Carl Eric Crocket, son o! the late Mr, H. R. Crockett and Mrs. Crockztt of Summerside. Rev. G. A. D. Elliot was the officiating clergy- man. The marriage was the first to take place in this charming little church for thirty years when the] bride's mother was led to the altar. The church was tastefully decorated by the girl friends of the bride's with lovely autumn flowers. The bride was given away by her father and was attended by her sister.
