Y virtue of a writ of alias Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Mutch against Hector Currie McMillan and 'I‘heophilus Nelson, I haye taken and seized, as the property of the said Hector Currie McMillan, all the undivided estate, right, title, share and interest of the said Hector Currie McMillan, in and to all that tract of Freehold Land, being part of Township Number Sixty-two, in Queen's County, in the said Island, bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say: on the west by land now in the possession of Duncan Taylor, north by land in the possesssion of James Munn and Hector Munn, east by land in the possession of Donald Bell, south by the Straits of Northumberland, containing one hundred acres of land, a little more or less, together with all the Buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging,-—Also: all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Hector Currie McMillan, in and to all that tract of land, situated on fI‘ownship Sixty- two, aforesaid. having a front of two chains on the south side of the Wood Island settlement Road, and extending back three chains and twenty-three links, bounded on the east by Norman and Angus McPherson’s land—Also: that other tract of land having a front of two chains on the north side of the Wood Island settlement Road. and extending back two chains and seventy-eight links, and bounded on the east by land in the possession of Angus and Norman McPherson, both said tracts containing one acre of land, to- gether with all the houses, buildings and Mills thereon. and premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County,-—And also : as the property of the said Theophilus Nelson, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said 'l‘heophilus Nelson, in and to sixty-two acres of lease- hold land, a little more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging—viz : bounded as follows: north by the farm occupied by Frederick Nelson, south by Orwell Bay, west by China Creek, east by China Point Road, situated on Lot Fifty, 1n Queen's County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the twenty-eighthday of June, 1870. at 'I‘welve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Three Hundred Pounds. with intetest thereon from the fifth day of January, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses, and 16s. 8d. for writ, WILLIAM McGILL, Sheriff. All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said Fade Golf. in and to All that three-cornered piece or parcel of Freehold Land, together with all buildings and appurtenances thereun- to belonging, situated at Flat River, Queen’s County, Bounded and described as follows, that is to say. on the north by the Road leading from l’innete to the Wood Islands, on the south, by the farm occupied by Don- ald Bell, and on the north west. by Flat River Marsh, containing one acre of Land, a little more or less, to- gether with a. right of way six feet wide along the said Marsh. in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Monday. the twentymevcnth day of June, 1870, at twelve o‘clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of one hundred and eight pounds three shillings and four pence, with interest on one hundred pounds, part thereof. from Nov. 30, 1869, till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental eXpenses. in Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me dire :ted, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Warren Lord and Artemas Lord against James McWade, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said James MclVade, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said James McVVade, in and to eleven acres of leasehold land, more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereon, viz: bounded on the north, by Hills- borough River, south by land occupied by James Gorman, east, by George Scott's farm, west, by Pisquid Road, situ- ated on Township number Thirty-seven, in Queen's County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Monday, the Twenty-seventh day of June, 1870, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the raid Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of One Hundred and Eighteen pounds five shillings and four-pence, with in- terest on One Hundred pounds, part thereof, from the fifteenth day of June. One Thousand Eight Hundred and sixty-eight, till paid, together with Sheriff's fees and iam- dental expenses.
