SHERIFF’S SALES.

BY virtue of two sereral Writs of Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majest ’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of James Bour 9, against Joseph Kellow, [have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Kellow, All his right, title and freehold interest. in and to one-fourth of Town Lot No. 9, Second Range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting on the Western side of Kent Street 30 feet, and extending back 84 feet, a little more or less, with the building thereon erected; and I do hereby ive Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of APRIL, 18867, at the Court House in Georgetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the two said several Writs. One Execution being for the sum of £80 8s. 0d., with interest on £60, part thereof from the 30th da of March, 1865, until paid, besides 16s. 8d. for said rit, Sheriff 's fees and inc dental expenses; the other Execution for the sum of £39 5s. 2d, with interest on £33, part thereof from the 30th da of MARCH. 1865, until paid, besides 163. 8d. for Writ, herifi ’5 less and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against A exauder McDonald, I have taken and seized the property of the said Alexander McDonald , All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Alexander McDonald, in and to 50 acres of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, at present in the occupa- tion of the said Alexander McDonald, situate on Lot or Township No. 14, in Prince County; and I do hereby give ublic notice, that I will, on the second day of May, 1867, at 2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said pro, perty, or as much thereof as wil satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £103 178., with lawful interest on £50, art thereof, from 16th day of April,1865, until paid. and on £50, a further part thereof. from 16th April, 1866, until paid, besides Sherifl' ’s fees and incidental expenses.
