I have levied the said writ on the above recited Pasture Lots for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will set up and sell, at the Court House in Charlotte- town. on Thursday the (3th day of December next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, the above mentioned Pasture Lots to satisfy the levy marked on the said writ against them, together with 16s. 8d. for the said writ, besides Sheritl’s fees and incidental expenses.

of Frederick P. Norton, George Poole and Joseph Wightman. against Donald McLean and Michael McLean, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Donald McLean and Michael McLean, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Don- ald McLean and Michael McLean, in and to 25 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Lot or Township No. 55, in King’s County, fronting on the south side of DeGros Marsh, bounded on the east by land formerly owned by Hugh McPhee, and on the west by land in possession of John McLean, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give pub- lic notice that I will on the second day of October next, 1866, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £25 105, currency, together with interest on £20 10s, part thereof, until paid, besides Sheriff's tees and incidental expenses.
