It. is no secret that the majority of the players that made up this year's starry junior squad received their start in the Midget League; that was two years ago but since that time midget hockey, played on an organized basis has more or less fallen into the discard, ruin- ing the eflorts oi tihe men who were really responsible for it in the first place. But the value of it has been seen quite clearly this season. Midgets have been in operatLon alright but there has been no or- ganization to it. That is all to be changed. Pictures of the Royals are now on sale and the proceeds oi such are to be devoted entirely to the midgets.‘ . .

Midgets will be given much more attention in a strong efifort to de- velop players to take the places of those who will be ineligible iorthe junior ranks. Which is as it should be
