The Government, desirous of an immediate settlement of the financial position of the Selkirk Estate. deems it necessary that each and every purchaser of any portion of the above Estate. should be compelled to pay 6 out of the 10 instalments which by his Deed he is required to do; and which 6th instalment was due in December. 1866. All persons, therefore, who are in arrear of the said 6th instalment, and omitting to pay the same. are hereby FINALLY notified, that precepts will be issued to the Sheriff for its immediate recovery.
