IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the undersigned,'whcreby we are Commended to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to certain parties through whose land a NEW RCAD is intended to pass, leading from Alley’s

Mill, at the head of Cardigan River, to the New Bridge across -

said River, on Township No. 53.

Now we do hereby giVe notice to all the parties concerned, that -

we will attend at Alley’s Mill, on MONDAY, the 17th day of December next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, and proceed thence

along the said intended line of road then and there to execute the '
