Wanted: — Experienced Keyboard

Player For UPEI Play

The UPEI Theatre Society needs an experienced keyboard player for its November 15-17 production of "Love is Strange." There are ten tunes, including "Snowbird," "Stand By Me," "Stardust," "Together Again," "Heart Like a Wheel," "Daydream," "In Dreams," and "Farewell to Nova Scotia."

Calling All Students

Are You Short of Money!!!

The Provincial Chapter of IODE Scholarship has established a yearly Scholarship which is available to an Island resident entering Sophomore year at UPEI. It is awarded firstly, on the basis of good academic achievement, and secondly on financial need. It is payable to UPEI for the tuition fees for the second semester, beginning in January.

Application forms are available at the Student Services office in the Robertson Library, or the Registrar’s Office in Kelley Building. Expiry Date: November 15.

International News

For your information there now is an "International Bulletin Board" located on 1st floor Main Building (outside of Extension Department offices). Publications pertaining to International issues can also be found in the Faculty Lounge. Further information on programs mentioned in this bulletin can be obtained from either David Morrison (Main 317, 566-0444) or from Joanne MacVicar (Main 112, 566-0408). A newsletter concerning international programs which would be of interest to faculty members will be published on a regular basis in the future,

Computer Advisory _ _ Committee Meeting ©

There is a meeting of the Computer Advisory Committee on Monday, November 5. Any students with questions or concerns regarding computer usage or access may forward them to me to bring to the meeting. I have already received some letters to bring to this committee -- if you wish to forward a letter, please leave it in the psychology club mailbox in the psychology department care of me.

VISAGE, UPEI’s foremost literary Publication, is now accepting submissions for the 1990-91 Anthology. this is a great opportunity for UPEI student artists to get exposure. We are looking for poems, short fiction, and sketches. Submit your work to Carol Francis, English secretary, 1st floor Main Annex. Deadline for submissions is December 1st, 1990.
