A meeting of the directors of the Altcortion Prince County Exhi- bition Association was held in the Court House last night with the following directors in attendance: Chester. Hayes, Erskine Camrpbell, Herbcrt Matthews, Rod McDonald, Winston Currie. Lester Wallace, James Wallace, C.I-i. Weeks, Lloyd Wiikie, Harry Pridham, I-Iutson Pridham, A.W. O'Brien. The pre- sident. Lester Wallace, presided.

The prize list was reviewed by the directors and some changes made, especially in sheep and no; classes and also in ladies' work. Money was voted to provide for extra classes. A committee was appointed to examine the build- ings and report at the next meet- ing. which is to be on June 1st. After some further discussion the meeting closed.
