BY Virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ofJudi- nature, at the suit of Her Majesty the Queen, against John Mac- Callum and another, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John McCalluin, All the right, title and freehold interest ol the said John McCalluin, in and to 100 acres of land, a little more or less, situate at Kintyre Settlement, Township No. 33, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on Friday the 23d day at February, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and cell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £28 16s~8d, with interest on £25 part there-if, from the 18th day of May, 1863, until paid, together with Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses.
