My hon. friend, the Premier, is a master at corres- lpondence. And so we have a com- munication between some gentle- men with respect to this railroad project, uud—a record of survey tabled. I wish to direct the atten- tion of this House to the fact that that survey was performed when the Conservatives were in power, with a view to establishing that spur line. This move is therefore the result of a survey made by their predecessors.
