Carvell. againstl‘ran- eis McKenna, I have taken and seized as the property of ti c said Francis Meltcnna, all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Francis McI‘It-nna, in and to all that piece or parcel of land, situated in Charlotte- town, Queen’s County, being part of Town Lot hum- bcr Forty-three, in the first hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown, aforesaid, together with all houses, build- ings an!l appurtenances then-unto belonging,aml bound- ed as follows: Commencing forty-three feet from the northern corner of said lot, and running from thence south forty-three on Queen Street, and from thence at right angles east, seventy-eight feet, and from thence north parallel with Queen Street forty-three feet, and from thence west Seventy-eight feet to place of com- mencement, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the Thirteenth day of June, (13th June.) A. D. 1870, at one o’clock, p. m., at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said Connty, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Two hundred and Fifty-four pounds, with interest on Two hundred and Forty-nine pounds, part the‘reoffrom 20th January last, till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses. Y virtue of a Writ of Execution to me directed, issued

out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at

the suit of the Hon. James Warburton, Treasurer of Prince

Edward Island, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against

the following Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots in the

Royalty of Charlottetown, being the arrears of assessment due thereon for the various sums following, viz :—

£1 16s. 5d. on Pasture Lot No. 27, 1 16s. 5d. do 39, 1 16s. 5d. do 297, 1 165. 5d. do 431, 1 165. 6d. do 499,

0 19s. 1d on part of Pasture Lot No. 28, all in the Royalty of Charlottetown. I have levied the said Writ on the above recited Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots, for the several amounts due thereon ; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, set up and sell, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at public Auction, on Friday, the Twenty-seventh day of August next, 1869, at the hour of Twelve o’clock, noon, the above mentioned Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ against them, together with 165. 8d. for the said Writ, besides Sheriff ’8 fees and all incidental expenses. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cnture.at the suit of l‘heophilus DesBrisay, against John Kelly, I have taken 12nd seized as the prOperty of the said John Kelly, All the Right, Title and Leasehold In- terest of the said John Kelly, in and to all that tract, piece and parch of land situate on Township Number fortyveight, bounded as follows: commencing at a stake fixed in the line dividing: Mrs. Lawton’s land from the lands of Francis llcnry Ilyrnc and wife. and others, and 'n the Southern boundary of'twenty-livc and a-half acres occupied by James Kelly, thence running along the said Southern boundary of James Kelly, fifty-one chains; thence South thirty chains, thence East fifty-one chains, or to the boundary of Mrs, Lawton’s land, thence along the said boundary North thirty chains. to the place of beginning, containing onehundred and fifty-three (153) acres, a little more or less. And, also, a certain other farm, the Leasehold property of the said John Kelly, situate on Township Number forty-eight aforesaid, and bounded on the North by the farm of James Kelly, on the South by Widow Trainer’s land, and on the West by the Monaghan Road, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public notice, that I will. on Tuesday. the thirtieth day of November, 1869, at twelve o’clock. noon“, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said Coun~ ty, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said \Vrit. being for twenty-seven pounds four shil- lings and two pence, besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage and incidental expenses.
