Sin,— Next to the difficulty of improving Charlottetown, one of the drawbacks we suffer from is the fault-tinding of people whoare never satisfied. The letter in Saturday's ExAMIXeR about (Jueen Square gardens, in so far as it bas reierence to the Hower bec ds, is simply silly. Any person having the slightest knowledge ef the matter should know that forthe money expended the gardens are creditably kept up. If other than coramon flowers are w be used then a vast difference will he noticed in the cost. The rest of the letter may te all right; direct their attention to other matters. Citizens as a whole are satisfied with the gardens.
