Notice is hereby given, that on application of Robert Bigger, Farmer, of Malpeque Road, in the county of Queen’s, in Prince Edward Island, made to his Honor the Commis- sioner in Insolvency, pursuant to ‘- The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868," I do, by his Honor‘s directions, hereby appoint Saturday, the Thirty-first day of July next, in the Court House, in Charlottetown, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said Robert Bigger. for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.

James Warburton, Treasurer of Prince Edward Island, or. behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots in the Royalty of Charlottetown, being the arrears of assessment

due thereon for the various sums fpllowing, viz :-—

I have levied the said \Vrit on the above recited Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots, for the several amounts due thereon ; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, set up and sell, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at public Auction, on Friday, the Twenty-seventh day of August next. 1869. at the hour of Twelve o’clock, noon, the above mentioned Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said \Vrit against them, together with 16s. 8d. for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.

Unless cause be shown to the contrary on Saturday. the Twenty-second day of May next. at noon. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, the above named Pierce Gaul will be discharged, under and by virtue of the Unfortunate Debtors Act, from all Debt contracted by him prior to his application for the benefit of the said Act.

the suit of James Curtis, against Edward Gay, I have taken and Seized as the property of the said Edward Gay, All the Right. Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Edward Gay, in and to Forty (-10) acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Lot No. Forty-nine, (‘19) together with Seventeen (17) acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Lot No. Fifty, (50) now in possession of the said Edward Gay. Also, Fifty-seven (57) acres of Leasehold Land. situate on Lot No. Forty-nine, (49) aforesaid, now in possession of Lewis Gay, with the premises, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging: and also Fifty (50) acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Lot No. Fifty, (50) now in possession of James Currie, (Forks); and also One hundred (100) acres of Leasehold Land, situ- ate on Lot No. Forty-nine. (49) now in the occupation of Chas. Gillespie, together with fifty-six (56) acres of Leasehold Land, in the possessron of the said Edward Gay. situate on Lot No. 'l'hirty-seven, (37) together with all Houses and Buildings thereon, and all hereditaments, advantages and appurtenances to each and every the said hereinbefore men- tioned pieces of land, belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that. I will. on Tuesday, the Second day of May, 1871, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County. set up and sell, at public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being for the sum of Twenty-seven pounds ten shillings, (£27 105. 0d.) besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental ex-
