CROSBY said that with reference to permancy they should have to select a project in the general progrntlllne-—slly ten miles tn which tlloro is a section oi‘ low roads and the balance good roads. The expenditure in such a section would be mainly in the building of lhkllIlEffilililefll struct- ure. The recelpts front the autos last year amounted to $16,000, and he believed the revenue from this source would, easily cover the cost.
