I do hereby publicly notify the owners or OCenpiers of land in this lslnnd, for which the annual Assessiiieiib : 2' A51". Sullltfhts charged thereon by the said recited .‘was. or some one or more of them, of nine shillings and tun pence. lant‘ul money of this Island for every hun- «End acres of \i‘ildeiness or unimproved lands Contained in the Several ’l'ow-iisliips and the Islands belonging thereto; and the sum of six shillings and eight-pence of like. money tor cvciy hundred acres of ciiltiVatcd or improved lands in the said several Townships and Is- lands as allii'esaid: and at the rate of nine shillings and l\\'0~pt'llcu of like money per hundred acres for wilder- mss or unimproved Town Lots and Pasture Lots in the Town and Royalty of Princetown; and at the rate of six shillings and eight—pence. ot lilac money per hundred acres for cultivated or improved Town Lots and Posture lots in the Town and Royalty of Prineetown as afore- said; and at. the rate 0t two shillings and six~pencc of Illit: money for each and every Lot in Charlottetown. loiinerly occupied as the Barrack Square, in proportion to Rl‘i‘tl on the same footing and to the same extent as ’l‘t'w n Lots in Charlottetomi; and the sum of four shillings of like money for each and eVery uncultivated or tiniii‘ proved Ton ii Let. Lot in the Iloyalty ot Charlottetown; and the sum of tour shillings of like money for each and every cultivated or improved Pasture Lot in the Royalty; and the sum of two shil- litzgs and six~pcnce of like money for each and every cultivated or improved Town Lot and Water Lot in the said Town; and the sum oi two shillings of like money for each and every cultivated or improvud Common Let us sl’oresaid; and the sum of two-shillings and t‘lgllt- ' 1)v’-i.('t? of like. money for each and every uncultivated or unimproved Town Lot and .Water Lot in the TUWn of Georgetown; and the sum of one shilling and four-pence of like money for each and every cultivated and im- proved Town Lot and Water Lot in the last mentioned Tow ii ; and the sum of three shillings and tour-pence of like money for each and every uncultivated or unim- proved Pasture Lot in the Royalty ofGeorgetown; and the sum of two shillings of like money for each and every cultimted or improved Pasture Lot in the last men- lltmetl Royalty; and the sum of two—pence olliko money for each and every acre of cultivated or improved land in the Royalty of Georgetowii, called " Reserved Lunilr ;" and the sum of three-pence of like money for each and every acre of such last mentioned Lands as may he deemed uncultivated or unimproved Lands, and so in proportion for a less qiiantity,—-is payable; that unless the Assessment 0r Assessments for the cur- rent. your imposed by the said recited Acts, or some one or more of them, he paid into my hands, or the hands ol any of my deputies, (as required by law) on 01' before the
