HEREBY give Public Notice that I will, on Monday, the 18th , day of June next, at the hour of 8 o‘clock, toreuoon, set tip and sell to the lowest bidder, the repairing,r the road leading from Theodore Luke‘s towards Post road. sale on the road near Theo- dore Luke‘s house; also the road leading from Luke’s towards Narrows : same day at 11 o‘clock, the Road from McKay’s Bridge to McDonald’s, including the two Bridges, sale to Coin- nience at McKay’s Bridge; same day at 1') o‘clock, noon, the road from Torry road towards ll itl'erty‘s ; same day at 3 o‘clock, the road from McDonald‘s bridge towards Western road.

On Tuesday the ltlth of June, at the hour of b' o‘clOck, fore- noon, the road leading from Wm. Ellis“ to Lot 12 Point; and also the road trom Barlow road to W. l'Illis‘, sale to commence at the end of the new road near Lot 12 Point, and sell on towards the Barlow road ; same day at ll o‘clock, the road from Dubois Smith’s towards Main road; immediately after the road from George Barlow‘s towards Main road; same day, at. 2 o’clock, the road from line of lmt 11} at Grtggs‘s, towards George Ellis’, sale to commence at Bidet'ord Chapel: same day at 3 o’clock, the road trom Barclay’s towards Bidet'ord Chapel 3 if time will permit, the Bidet‘ord W hart‘ will be sold the same day.

On Wednesday, the filth day ot‘June, at the hourot'8 o‘clock, forenoon, the road from line of Lot 13 to Macl.’hee‘s ferry, in- cluding bridges, sale to commence at division line between Lots 12 and 13.

On Thursday, the L’lst day of June, at the hour of 8 o‘clock, forenoon, the road from Robinson‘s to iigmout Bay, sale to com- mence on the same road near Murray‘s ; same day at ‘J o‘clock, the Western road, from the line of Let U to Robinson’s, Lot 1:3, sale to commence near lenjamin Murray’s, and proceed on to road leading to Emnore River null, towards Bollutn’s Yard, will be sold ; and at the same time the road from Enmore River Mill towards McFadyen‘s yard, sale to take place near Enmore River mill ; from thence proceed on to the Western road leading to the line; and at 4 o‘clock, the road from Western road to Golf‘s bridge ; if time will permit, the bridge at Golf‘s will be sold on the same day.

And on Friday the ‘Z‘ld day of June, at the hour of 8 o’clock, forenoon, the road between 'l'homas Ramsay’s and Philip Gain’s; and on the same day, at 1:! o‘clock, the road from Barlow’s Road to McArthui-‘s, including bridge at little Channel, sale to com- mence on the road near Brenan‘s ; same day, at 3 o’clock, the bridge at Conway Cove.

On Monday the 18th day efJune next, at. the hour of 8 o’clock, a. m , the repairs on the road West of Mot-ell; and front the road west. of Morell to llughos' Mill, from Peter Sinott’s to John Mac- Ewen‘s Road; from John Mcl‘lwen's ltoad to Peake’s Road, and from Lappin‘s to O’Brien‘s; from Jardino’s gate to John McEwen’s Road; the South end of John Mcly‘wen‘s Road; from Peter Sinott's to Main Post Road; and from Back Farm Road to McGuire’s.

On Tuesday the 19th, at. 9 o’clock, a. m., the road from John Jay’s to (iillon’s; from Gillon’s to Douglass‘s; from Gillon’s to Peakc’s Road’s; from Cardigan Road to Peakc’s Road; from Car- digan Road to James Meltao’s; and the Cardigan Road within the District.

On Wednesday the 20th, at. 9 o’clock, a. m., the head of the Hillsborough Settlement Road; the road round the head of Bills- borough; the road across the Barron‘s to Douglass’s; the Conovoy Road; road to St. Peter’sUVcstl Church; and the Main Road from County Line to James McDonald‘s.

On Thursday the 2lst-, at 9 o’clock, a. m.. the Main Post Road, from Morel] Bridge to James McDonald’s; from Main Road to Joseph McEwen’s; the north end of John Alcrlwen’s Road; from Main Road to St. Peter’s Lake; from Clark’s Mill along St. Peter’s settlement; from Main ltoad to MoVai-ish’s; from Main Road to St. Peter’s Harbor; and from back larms to Mclnnis’.

Ample security will be required for the faithful performance of each contract.
