-Change that the requirement that the Ombudsman hold no position within the University be removed from the position description.

-That the impeachment due to non-attendance requirements change such that:

-Any councillor who misses any three (3) meetings of the Student Council shass automatically be served a notice of motion to Impeach due to non-attendance by the Chair.(Rest of procedure remains the same)

-Any councilor who misses a fourth meeting after already being considered by a motion to impeach due to non-attendance shall be automatically impeached from council. The councillor shall have the opportunity to appeal for reinstatement to Council in writing through the Chair. The Chair shall present the letter to Council on behalf of the councillor. Reinstatement shall be decided by a two-thirds (2/3) majority.
