of the recent earthquake at Diano Marino, will shortly be decided before an Italian court. Two adjoining houses at Marino, belonging to two different families, were destroyed by the earthquake and the inhabitants were all killed. When the ruins and corpses were removed, the sum of 200,000 francs in gold and bank notes was found among the debris. As _ it
