What's on at the Panther Lounge

Friday, March 19th, will be the return of Yuk Yuks to the Barn. Three comedians will perform with the feature act being Ron Edwards (a Jimmy Walker look alike and a fantastic comedian). Tickets are only $4.00, and we hope everyone will turn out for a night of great laughs.

After you laugh it up on Friday night, we hope you’ ll be back Saturday night for the 1st EVER Bernardine Hall Dance at the Barn (that’s the girls’ residence for all you guys out there). There will be at least ninety girls there so guys don’t be complaining about the boy/girl ratio that night!)

This Friday’s movies will be ‘‘The Last of the Mohicans’’ and “‘Whispers in the Dark’’.

Mark Friday, March 26th on your calendar as MAPUS will be putting on an Irish Pub Night in the lounge. They are currently selling tickets to the pub, and they also have a raffle draw for $250.00 credit toward your university account (Melinda and Shelly in the Business Office will be glad to hear that!). Second prize includes $100.00 worth of books at the Bookstore. All the money generated from this event will be put into a scholarship fund for MAPUS students. A good cause and a great time! Jar O’ Comfort will be the band and the fun begins around nine. Watch for their great signs around campus.

More good news on the concert front for the Barn. Polygram recording artists Crash Vegas will be performing at the Barn Friday, April 2nd. Tickets sales will begin soon.
