Mr. Shaw seconded the motion, and wa: pr ceedingito point out that the Opposition bad been driven to this course by the per sistent refusal of the Government (o answer the questious put upon the order book when Hon Mr. Warburton arose and objec tedto turther discussion claiming the the resolution had nit been properly tabled and was therefore not regularly before the House.
The Speaker sustained the objection of the Premier and ruled the reseiution ou: of order.

Hon. Mr. Warburton presented returns of the disbursements for the Suprem- Court at Charlottetown and Summer.;id:, a return of the expenditure charged tc Alexandria school district, and a statement in concection with Boards of Health.

On motion of Hon. H. ©. Macdona!'d the bill incorperating the Farmers Inet - tute of Cherry Valley was read a secono time in committee, Mr. Peters in the chair. Progress reported.
Hon. Mr. McLean presented the origidal plan of the Hospital for the Inrane; also copy oi the specifization.
