In the Court of Insolvent Debtors. 33rd Vic.. A. D. 1869. In re David A. Bears, of Township No. Thirty-two, in Queen’s County. in Prince Edward Island, Farmer, an Insolvent Debtor.

Notice is hereby given. that on application of David A. Bears, of Township No. Thirty-two, in the COunty of Queen’s, in Prince Edward Island. made to His Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency, pursuant to “The Unfortunate Debtor's’ Act, 1868,” I do. by his I-Ionor’s directions, hereby appoint Saturday, the Nine- teenth day of February next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown. at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon. as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said David A. Bears, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a com- promise to be offered by him under the said Act.

I have been this day appointed Assignee of David A.

Bears, an Insolvent Debtor. in terms of the “ Unfortu-

nate Debtors’ Act, 1868.” and do hereby require all

persons having any property of the said Insolvent

Debtor, or being in any way indebted to him, to deliver

and pay the same to me.

In re Donald McDonald, of East Point, Township No. Forty-seven. in King’s County, in said Island , Farmer, an Insolvent Debtor.

Notice is hereby given, that on application of Donald McDonald. of ast Point. in the County of King’s, in Prince Edward Island. made to His Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency. pursuant to “ The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868.” I do. by His Honor’s directions, hereby appoint Saturday. the nineteenth day of March next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said Donald McDonald, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.

In re Joseph Doirant. of C'ascumpec, in Prince C cunty. in the said Island, Shipbuilder, an Insolvent Debtor.

Unless cause be shown to the contrary. on Saturday the First day of February, next, at the hour of eleven o’clock a. m., in the Court House, in Charlottetown, the above named Joseph Doirant will be discharged, under and by virtue of the Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, from all debts contracted by him prior to his application for the benefit of the said Act.

Unless cause be shown to the contrary on Tuesday, the first day of February next, t eleven o’clock, a. m., in the Court Hons in Charlottetown, the above named Lachlan McLeod ill be discharged, under and by virtue of the Unfortunate Debtors’ Act. lrom all debts contracted by h1m prior to his application for the benefit of the said Act.
