If this action of the Premier were not an attempt to“fix”the report of the commission ia so far as the press is concerned, we should like to know what it means. Mr. Farquharson, who appointed the commis- sioners—a majority of whom are his party fo!lowers—and who has all along been doing is best to “boss” the commiseion— ere, has publicly asked’ them to express disapproval of the action of the prees. The question is, if Mr. Farquharson would do this in public what wouldhe not doin pri- vate?
