Former Miscouche Couple Observe 60th Anniversary

liam Arsenault of North Dexter, U.S.A. and formerly of Miscou- , . were feted at the Dexter Fire Hall recently on the observance of their 60th wed- ding annniversary.

A family supper party was organized by their with 44 persons attending in- cluding Rev. Gaston Auger. St. Anne’s parish, Dexter. The sup- per was followed by open house, when additional neighbors and friends came to congratulate the couple.

Mr. and )lrs. Arsenault have five living children. 16 grand- children, and eight great-grand- children.

Mrs. Arsenault still makes quilts, and completed three dur- ing the past summer. is quite active at 84 and both her and Mr. Arsenault love to play cards. They are members of North Dexter Grange and com- municants of St. Annne‘s Roman Catholic Church. They were the recipients of many lovely and beautiful gifts.
