Notice is hereby given, that on application of James R. Wiener, of Caseumpee, in the County of Prince. in Prince Edward Island, made to His Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency, pursuant to “ The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868.”I do, by his Honor’s directions, hereby appoint Tuesday. the first day of February next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said James R. Wisner, for the purpose of examining into the state of his afi’airs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
