When school was in progress the family had a certain eating pattern created around the child- ren's school hours. However, now that the holidays have started this meal routine may be broken, and in its stcad. a very irregular pat- tern may easily develop. Don't let this happen in your family. Whether the child is at school or on holiday he is still growing-he is still forming habits. Keep his meals as regular and healthful during his vacation as you did when he was at school.
