EALED TENDERS will he received at this Ollieo k until Thursday, the 20th day of May next, at. 12 o'clock, noon. from any person or persons being: willing to furnish the Government with a fast-sailing. Istauueh. substantial VesSel. of not, less than 50 tons burden. O. M.. having good eabin accommodations for passen- gers. and ltelllg~thttlelltly manned, and fully and pro- perly equipped and uppareled. and subject. in all things to the approval of the GoVernment. The said Vessel to be required to run OItCt‘ at fortnight between the ports of Charlottetown. Shediac. and (.‘nsenmpeo‘ from the first day of June next. until the 31st day of December, or the close. of the navigation in the present \‘ear. 1869.

The Tender is required to name the age, tonnage. rig and accommodations of the vessel tendered. and also the Stu.) which the tender will engage. to perform the whole term of Scrul'je for; and further. also. the names of two persons of known responsibility, who will he- come hound for the. due performance of the. serviCe. All freight and passage money to he the property of the owner of the vessel. The Tender is required to express on its eover ; '- Touder for Charlottetown. Shedin and Cascumpec Packet Service."

\Vhereas, upon reading the petition of Sarah Smith. of Souris. afores aid. the Administratrix of the said Estate. now on tile. setting forth that the. person ul Estate, was insufficient to pay off the debts due by the said Estate. and praying: that. license may be granted unto her to sell the Real Estate. of the said deceased, to satisfy and pay the. said debts; and also upon reading a certified eopy of the inventory of the Hell Estate and Personal Property of the said deceased. also on file, and annexed to the said Petition. Now. therefore. I do hereby order that the parties interested in the. said Estate. do appear before me in the. Court House. of the Colonial Building. in Charlottetown. ill the. said Island. on Monday, the Seventeenth day of May next, ensuing, the date hereof. at noon of the some day. to show cause. if any they can, why the. pruyerot the said l‘etition should not be, granted; and I do further order that. a true copy ofthis order he published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of the said Island. for at least three consecu— five weeks from the date hereof. so that all parties in-

pleased to make the following further orders and rules therein. viz :-—

7th. That. his llonormay. from time to time. extend the Term of Protection that may be granted to an ln~ solvent Debtor. under the Eleventh Section of " The Unfortunate Debtors" Act. 1868." beyond the time of four ealendur months. as specified in the said section. In the same. way as set: forth by the Fifty-fourth section of the said Act. in cases of appeal, id est. by enrlot'smg on the original Certificate of Protection, a memorandum to that eti'ect. and the same shall be in force during the time that the certificate shall he so extended. unless it be suspended by order of the Judge or Commissioner of the said Court.

8th. Whenever any amendments are. allowed by his Honor, to the Sehedules on file in this Honorable Court, they shall be written, signed and attested by the Peri- tioner. on a separate paper. in the same manner as the original Schedules were signed and verified. on the oath of the Petitioner.
