REFUSE COLLECTION CONTRACTOR

As provided in the present contracts. the firm of Jenkins and Clerk will not be required to pay any charges for disposal of refuse collected in the City of Char- lottetown and in the Villages of Sherwood and Parkdale.

CITY BUSINESS FIRMS

There will not be any charge made to any commercial or industrial firm or other business firms, or individuals in business. located in Charlottetown, Sher- wood. or Parkdale for any additional refuse arising from their business hauled to the Disposal Area either by their own or hired trucks. A permit must first be obtained from City Hall, however. for any truck to use this refuse disposal area. This type of permit be issued for a price of one dollar per year.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

Should any other communities contra ct for Refuse Collection then it is recom- mended thet these communities negotiate with the City on a per capite basis as was done with Perkdale and Sherwood.
