The general Student Council elections will be rwld on Wednesday, February m, 1977.‘ They are the biggest, and most important electiohs of the year and we powers and duties of each, position should be dearly defined to each person considering run— ning in the election and m the entire student body in general.

The powers and duties of each executive officer are as follows:

President
