Monday, September 3

11:00 to 1 :00 Sign in for registration at the Barn. . 1:00 to 3:00 Activities in the Barn. An afternoon de— signed especially' for you, the Frosh, with

, everything one could imagine.‘

3:30 to 7:00 Barbecue-President Peter Meincke cor— dially invites all freshmen to his summer residence for his annual welcoming barbecue. Buses will leave promptly at 3:30. Maps are available for those wishing to travel on their own.

8:00 to 10:00 Scavenger hunt for everyone, and Trivial Pursuit in the Barn’s Panther Lounge for the over-18’s.

10:00 onward Video Pub in the Lounge for all 18 and over.

Tuesday, September 4

10:00to12100 General assembly. Meet the important people on campus and gather infomation about your university.

12:00 to 1 :00 Tour of the campus. Find out where you’ll be spending your next four years, what parts of the campus to frequent...and what parts of it to avoid.

1:00 to 5:00 Registration (for all students) to take place in the Rink. Time too for visiting the various student organizations-the yearbook, Gem, CIMN, etc.

5:00 to 6:30 Supper

6:30 to 8:30 Activities

8:30 to 10:30 Klondike Night, or Monte Carlo, UPEl style. Try your hand at the tables, and have some fun. Who knows? Tonight may be your lucky night...

11:00 to 1 :00 Outdoor movie--attend the Student Union’s all-new temporary drive-in, situated on the side of the Barn. Bring a blanket, or anything else to keep - you warm...

Wednesday, September 5

7:00 to 8:00 Breakfast at MacDonald’s

8:30 to 4:00 Shinerama! Get out and fight to help find a cure for the fatal disease cystic fibrosis. You won’t know how much fun you can

. can have shining shoes--until you try.

6:30 to 8:30 Get your suits and dresses ready for the Orientation Banquet. Featuring fine food served to you by the zany Student Union and Orientation a committee members. Special appearance by the team of Freddy and Floss. Come prepared. you never know what to expect from.this
