BY virtue ofa Writ of Fieri Facias, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature. at the suit of George Howatt against John Gamble, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Gamble, all the Right, Title and Leasehold In- terest of the said John Gamble in and to 90 acres of Land, together with the Buildings and Improven’ients thereon, situate at Tryon, Lot or Township Number 28, at present in the occupation of the said John Gamble, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 22nd day of February, 1868, at Twelve o‘clock noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £305 168. 8d., with Interest on £300, part thereof, from 22nd June last until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their right, tltle and interest in and to the following tracts. pieces or parcels ofland, namely : all the Right, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1, third range, Letter G, in Georgetown, with the Buildings ‘and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate on Township No. 53, in King’s County, the first containing 100 acres ofLand, a little more or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a litlle more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the Right, Title and Interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234, 245, 246 and 303, in the Royalty of George- town, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 18th day of February, 1868, at the Court, Housein Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public Auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s. 6d. debt, with interest thereon from the 1st day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 16s. 8d. costs, also 16s. 8d. for writ, besides Sherifl"s poundagc and all other incidental expenses. situated in Georgetown, in King’s County; and I do here- by give Public Notice that I will, on Wednesday, the Third of June, 1868, at One o’clock in the afternoon, at the Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction. the said property. or as much thereof as “'lil satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of Seventy-six Pounds, Eighteen Shillings and Seven Pence, With interest on £65. part thereof from the 19th day of November, instant, (1867) till paid, besides Sheriff‘s fees and all other incidental expenses.
